RETURNS

We hope you love your items; we also know that some things aren't meant to be. If you wish to return any full price merchandise, our return policy is as follows:

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. The original invoice and all original packaging must be included with the merchandise and must be received by The Shoe Hive within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in store if accompanied by the original invoice. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Shoes are pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store, but they should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.

Items marked FINAL SALE can not be returned and are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit.

Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise, customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.

EXCHANGES
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your original form of payment.
